About Jenn Granneman
Jenn Granneman is the founder of IntrovertDear.com, the largest online community and publication for introverts. She has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, the BBC, NPR, Oprah Daily, Glamour, and more. She is the author of The Secret Lives of Introverts and co-author of Sensitive, which was named an Amazon Best Book of the Year and a Greater Good Science Center Favorite Book.
With more than ten years of experience advocating for all the “quiet ones”—those who are introverted, shy, anxious, sensitive, or neurodivergent—Jenn brings deep insight, compassion, and credibility to her writing. A sought-after media commentator, she has been featured on numerous podcasts, including NPR’s Think, and has spoken at major companies such as Amazon and Google.
A stage three rectal cancer survivor living with a permanent colostomy, Jenn also uses her voice to raise cancer awareness and advocate for a more compassionate healthcare system.
Jenn lives in St. Paul, Minnesota, with her son. Her mission is to empower all the “quiet ones” to embrace their strengths and to start seeing their nature as a good thing.
